And not only that, it looks like you're close enough to hear it on FM.

So if he dozes off and forgets (bless him) you'll be close enough to run around and give him a poke (for younger readers a "poke" is when you prod an actual person with your actual finger)

Same with the 'Group W Bench' line. I used it the other day, and the person looked at me like I was nuts. Oh well.

We engage in mimosa drinking by the pool for Alice... and then BDH cooks the bird.

And then we listen again!

Already heard it this past Sunday on a terradio station on a syndicated show.

I can hear it again this Thanksgiving.

I would really love to see the movie, but I don't do netflix or any of that stuff.

Not quite as long as Bill's been playing it, but I've been enjoying this since the late seventies. Thanks a bunch Bill for reminding us that our priorities can get really screwed up if we're not careful! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Bill actually makes me a little misty eyed when he talks about what he is doing here and how cool it is that we support him and I think the opposite, i.e. how cool it is what he is doing and how much pleasure he brings into the world ... and then he got busted .. .and I got busted.. and we was having a good time on the bench there...

Cheers Bill

thanks.

i listened to this up at hunter mountain yesterday at 12:00 on rp.    the volume on my iphone doesn't go up very high though.  i got a bunch of people into hearing it, loving the idea of their being a thanksgiving song, but very quickly their interest faded.  lots of people have never heard it, and got bored. i was glad to hear it.   a thanksgiving tradition.

"What were you arrested for, kid?"
And I said, "Littering." And they all moved away from me on the bench
there, and the hairy eyeball and all kinds of mean nasty things, till I
said, "And creating a nuisance." And they all came back, shook my hand,
and we had a great time on the bench......
