I so miss living in the Bay Area . I spent 35 years in Marin and Sonoma Counties. When I was younger we loved giving the SF and the Napa tours when we had visitors. And later, as a falconer, the beautiful rabbit fields in Sonoma were awesome. I just can't afford to live there. I've had to move to these nasty, strange places simply because we had to go where we were able to find a roof over our heads. Rude!

My roommate Neil has agreed to help out and level off the dirt crawl floor and we have some scraps of rug to throw down. There is a decent amount of room for a mattress and night stand and you can keep a dresser in the garage. You will be able to run an extension cord into the crawl space for light and the garage provides decent heat for those chilly SF nights or feel free to bring in a space heater."
The CL listing has been deleted by the author... I'm willing to accept that they were just making a snide comment on the state of things, not actually thinking they'd have anyone take them up on it... but are open to actual offers.
