The condition or risk is real. There is nothing wrong with pre-testing; it is the response that matters. If the response is drugs, then yes, there is a serious problem here. In a similar fashion, if the only tools in the tool-kit for chronic back pain are drugs and surgery, then yes, there is a serious problem. The underlying serious question is why are folks so averse to exercise? Along the same line, why do folks insist on such awful diets when media, not just elite media, have been spelling out the dangers for decades now?

Bet you're not entering the change, though, are ya? I eat plenty of protein, too. And exercise almost every day. Something has changed in the past 6 months (as in, slowed down and nothing I used to do successfully works anymore), and that's the only correlation I can see.

I'm thinking its the Vibrams.... I might try barefoot soon... I won't be impressed until you play footy barefoot.

Taking it up to another level, doing Qi Gong for neck and upper back. Highly recommend. Accupuncture is into 3rd week now, the demon in my back is on the run and the pain shows up in random different places every day, at least it no longer resides permanently on the right side of my neck. Sometimes in the middle of the night I can hear it bargaining between fits of rage. I am stalwart in my quest for pain free fluidity, I shall be free........

I have a totally newfound respect for yoga practitioners! That shi'te is hard!! I probably shouldn't have started with the P90x version. Also about to try accupuncture, anyone have any experiences with it?
