Dedicating an old phone or tablet to the task would be a lot simpler.

You probably need to add AAC support. Perhaps via the ffmpeg package. Ask around about playing AAC streams on Pi/Chromium. Or you can try setting the bitrate on our player to 'flac'.

I've been trying to get Radio Paradise working on my Raspberry Pi 3. The stream links work fine in the standard Chromium web browser, but the main RP website does not. When I select the mix I want, play starts but I don't hear anything. The links work fine, but you don't get to see what is playing. My Raspberry Pi is a standard build with an IQaudIO Pi-DAC Pro attached. I use this with JRiver Mediacenter as a media server. It would be great if I could use the Radio Paradise website as well. Any help would be much appreciated.
