God does exist. Denying the existence of our Father and Mother in Heaven does not make their existence go away. The battle between false religion and false science will have to end someday if we are to reach our full potential and if we are to reach for the stars. This world is polluted with false religions and false science. The battle between the two is strange to me. Both are the quests for truth and enlightenment, but I am a stranger in a strange land.

I saw her open for U2 back in 1992 in Vancouver. This song was so intense... the drums and bass combined with her voice just resonated in a truly memorable performance. Been a fan ever since.

What do you mean by "Latin friends"; people who speak Latin or Latin-American people? Either way, it doesn't seem probable that either group would readily use an English-language term such as "human warmth".

I went and bought this album once this track from the movie "The Young Americans" had been added to the track list. A couple of years later I saw her live in the roman ruins of Caesaria in Israel. No idea what she is banging on about, but this track maintains its bizarre sonic allure to this day. Thrilling.

I'm one of those people that has never got Bjork. I can understand her singing like a silly wee lassie when she first started, but she's still doing it. Loved Hellsongs's version of Paranoid, so I can appreciate gentle feminine music, but Bjork......why?
Like a lot of commentators on some of the more 'hippy' songs from the 60s and 70s like to remind us "you had to be there to really get it". Now Bjork is not my cup of tea but this was SO different to what was out there at the time.
