And this is mellow ?
Always brings back memories of my annual GB&U film festival. Back in them there days, you had to wait to watch it on TV, and the local station generally showed it once a year. I'd be ready, Saturday night with my Humpty Dumpty variety pack of chips and my Domino (Dominion store brand) can of root beer. Who needed girls?

EXCELLENT!! Thanx RP!
9 -> 10
Perhaps the most recognizable piece of film music in history and certainly one of the most iconic. I first heard this when I was about 12 when I saw the film for the first time. It resonated deeply then and continues to do so now. Straight 10.
Every time I hear this I have to find the comment with the cat et al! Love it.
Its nice, but being played too often

Man, everytime this song would come on i would come over to the PC just to see the cat...bummer!

It would be great to hear "The Ecstasy of Gold" from this film. Used brilliantly in the scene where Tuco runs in circles around the cemetery.

I simply cannot hear the main riff without picturing Curly. I think that SCTV "commercial" of Curly from Three Stooges singing the great classics ruined it for me.
The actor that voiced Curly, I'm almost 90% sure, was the great John Candy.
A classic in every way! Obviously where Tarantino got his inspiration!

As these films were made in Italy with many Italian actors, hence the 'spaghetti western' tag, and as an Italian speaker, I've often fancied getting hold of an Italian copy of the film to compare with the English language version.
