Not sure if you're talking about the words or the music. I usually find the "off-ness" charming. As lyricists they can take the language into interesting directions, not falling into the same traps that native English singer/songwriters do. Granted it doesn't always work but I usually give an extra point or 2 for effort.

The band name is well chosen. Every time I had to endure these very uncomfortable medical treatments in the hospital I did put on my headset and played this song and these girls dragged me through it. True story.

The first couple of verses have horribly awkward phrasing.
Wow, the first two notes are the same as the start of Vapor by Euphoria - I was surprised that the third and subsequent went off in a different direction.

The line "keep on keepin' on" reminds me of the greatest hit of the same name by the short-lived and much-lamented (by me, at least) Redskins (nowt to do with Native Americans, but referring to the group members being socialist skinheads).
