Irritating song!
The podcast "Song Exploder" did a great exploration with the songwriter of how this song was written.
Please stop playing this song. Nothing honest or sincere about the lyrics, just some melodramatic crap.

This is like a bluegrass version of Grateful Dead's "Touch of Grey." I like it!
