Reading between the lines, the Norwegian police are taking this person very, very seriously.     Arrows can be fired in rapid succession by someone who has put in the time and effort to practice.

To the Norskies out there.....  a term my brother and I used to use for Norwegians.   (Take Norsk, and add ies.) 

What is it like being touted as one of the most culturally advanced countries on the planet?   

What is it like living in a country that may have solved the Resource Curse better than any other country on the planet?  

Do you ever feel — collectively — that Norway has accomplished so much that it only has one direction to go and that is down?
