If this is the last version (7.x.x), this is a know bug, that's probably solved in the current beta. A quick workaround is just delete the app and redownload it from the store, or you can load the test build. In the latter case you can get the test build from https://testflight.apple.com/join/ieYKbfZv (follow the instructions there). You can always get back to the ânormalâ build by reloading the app from the App Store app and/or opting out directly in the TestFlight application. No information are transmitted by using the beta but the crash logs (if any and through Apple) and whatever you decide to share as feedback. If you are on the previous app version, well, nothing has changed (of course) so it could be a server problem, in this case please get back and we will try to fix the problem. ð andreas_stork wrote:
