Yeah, I think a lot of it depends on what kind of mood I'm in, and that's possibly true for a lot of other listeners here.  There are only a handful of artists or songs here that I almost always skip. If someone wants to just hear songs they like they can make their own mixes - especially with the technology available and affordable these days.  My phone and my tablet have 32gb cards in them - I have a lot of music on them, especially for times when I'm not on Wi-fi or don't want to use data to stream.  I could probably load about 2,000 songs on them if I wanted to take the time and my stuff is on the "low-end" of the technology spectrum.

And, good grief, does this song make me sad.

Bill must be doing something right because there seems to be an equal amount of hate for everything on the playlist. Personally, I think U2 should be sent to stand in the corner.

"Night Nurse"...wtf. You can throw in a lot of recent Radiohead and Eddie Vedder with a ukulele and set that pile of crap on fire.

But the sucko-barfo songs just provide the stark contrast to the godlike tracks played and so highlight the latter group's glory.

Personally, pushing the PSD button as needed keeps me from falling into a coma when "Complicated Dance Moves" or the chance Yoko Ono "song" shows up.

Still, I'll cop to the occasional rage-frenzied desire to feed Bill's shoes to any nearby crocodiles when he plays too much Thom Yorke.

You'll be much happier if you just accept reggae into your life.

That is, if we can dump Night Nurse and get something fresher in the rotation. I think there might be  a personal connection with that one though so I think we're doomed there.

This is an often-requested feature. For the reasons stated or alluded to by other posters, it's not something we'll ever do. There are plenty of ways to sculpt a playlist to meet your existing likes & dislikes. That's just not what RP is about.

Someone once said (paraphrasing here) that if our music choices didn't piss them off sometimes then we weren't doing our job :-).

You know, that piano figure when Radiohead sings, “this is what you get” is so close to Sexy Sadie that I despised that song for a very very long time.

And now I consider that album on par with Pink Floyd at their zenith. So, not sure about automatic exclusion.

Completely agree; rating system has morphed into a proxy for a play list. How do you remove a rating then? Every time I rate a song it piles on an already long and overheard play list. Either it's a rating system or it's a play list.

Yeah, I get it. There are some songs/artists I've warmed up to over the course of listening to RP. There are others, however, that remain firmly in the "sucko-barfo" category for me and always will. I mean, this is definitely only a minor annoyance given that all I have to do is press the skip button when I hear a song I don't like. I'll be a loyal fan regardless. It would just be nice to see that feature.
