We're having an issue with a couple of the channels stopping after a " Thank you for Listening" and not continuing with the music. This is a backend issue that has been identified and is being worked on right now. Sorry for the annoying inconvenience!!

Hi. Having some problems listening to RP through my Sonos system today. The main mix just stops at the end of a playlist and wonât continue, even after pressing the > button. Switch to another Mix (in my case Mellow) and that works⦠until it too quits at the end of its playlist. Switch back to Main Mix and, fingers crossed.. yes it works again! Until, you guessed it, after a while it stops again.
Issue has been identified and is being worked right now. Hopefully all fixed shortly!!

Website has been playing the same loop of songs - starting with Blau Brigada "Backseat" - for the past hour or so. Right now time is 12;52 EST. Main mix info page is stuck on Prince tune...
different songs for me but it kept repeating The Call, then Genesis and it troubled me so I refreshed the page and player until it said "ha ha just kidding here's a good song."

same, it was pretty buggered up: not displaying correct tune/rating. i was able to get out of whatever the problem was by going to 'what's playing' & restarting the music.

Wow. The Main Mix stream is really messed up on my Android phone. I was listening while making breakfast and the app was minimized on my phone. Knocked Up by KOL (8:19am) played two times at least as far as i could tell. The stream finally got back to normal after 10 minutes or so. When i went to check if i had rated the KOL song when it first came on, the Listener-Supported Commercial-Free pic was showing (singer with hat) and i did hear William talk earlier. So i stopped the song and re-started it, the pic stayed. I stopped the App, restarted it...same result. KOL was still playing at that time. Then i forget when it happened but the Listener-Supported pic switched to the piano (didn't hear William talk for that one).
I just checked and Takamba (8:33am) was playing on my phone but on the website it had just switched to Black Monday (8:43am). A re-sync fixed that and behold the Black Monday pic is showing, not the Commercial-Free pic. Seems to be back to normal now at 8:47am.
All times are Atlantic (4 hrs ahead of you, if i'm correct)
Android Phone: One Plus Thirteen, OxgenOS 16.0.3
Edit: Where I say "website", it was on my PC desktop.
Edit2: I see now the KOL song is about 7 minutes long. So it's possible it didn't play more than once but it did sound like it did.

listener from Italy here. since some days I'm experiencig problem on RP streaming (all Mix) : the audio drops very often. It happens with Android app on smartphone , with Chromecast app on TV, and also streaming using Wiim Ultra app to stream to my HiFi system.
other apps work fine
any help?
I'm getting the 'Error retrieving cache block' message again, very frustrating as long time paying listener. Have tried most advice I can find ie 4hr block @ 128k on the Main Mix. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22+, UI 8.0, Android 16.
I have also gone to settings/apps deleted cache, forced stop, uninstalled Radio Paradise and restarted my phone.
Is there any official advice rather than helpful comments from other listeners.
Don't know if this is a bug, a server problem, or what, but my stream is getting dropped a lot here in Australia. The website forums also are not updating properly.
I can not download music from the main mix but have no problem with the mellow, rock or beyond... When I try I get a message as error downloading cache block. I tried to reload the app, cleared the cache with no result... Anything else I can try?
I use the streams: http://stream.radioparadise.com/aac-320 and http://stream.radioparadise.com/mellow-320. The tags that are fed within those streams do show the current song. I am currently listening to the Mellow Mix. Right now (5:17pm EST), "Let Them All In" by Kloot is playing on the Mellow Mix stream. The playlist showing on main menu Music | What's Playing with "Mellow Mix selected from the pull down at the bottom is showing "You Wear it Well" by Rod Stewart and shows the time as 7:32pm.
Interesting. The web page What's Playing list is showing two+ hours in advance (Music | What's Playing. But, if I start the RP player on the web page (in Chrome, latest Windows version), the player plays the same song my stream (running on another computer) is playing. Additionally, the playlist on the web page updates to show the current playing song. But If I stop the web player, the list goes back to the two+ hour ahead list. Also, if I refresh the page without the web page RP player playing, the playlist also shows the future list. Future list is also what shows in the Music | What's Playing option.
BTW, all this running on a PC running Win 10 and Chrome. Sorry to pollute the thread. Just providing as much detail as I can on this issue.
