Actually, I was listening to the remastered shorter studio version minus Clapton, Watts, and Winwood playing.  But this longer version is pretty good.

It's not Metal only, as we all know:

Hunnu Guren - Batzorig Vaanchig & Auli
Some China beats seem to be there yet, from "behind bars". - é–ƒå…‰å°‘女,中西對決
And, believe it or not, (what your MSM cultural news anchor should be aware of, even in his denial and 'self-serving' mentality), there is a huge load of Chinese Metal, not usually played in the West. If you can't see it, it just doesn't mean it isn't there.

黑麒 - 黄河 | Black Kirin - Yellow River | Chinese Folk Metal

We all know this one, already. So, what to make of this 'cultural revolution' taking place in 'Merica handed down by them well known imperialist organs ('Foreign Policy')?!

Looking at China, the rest of the world wide West seems lagging behind in various ways. Just sayin'. No wonder, we usual suspects feel the need to point fingers at, naming China 'in slumber' amidst our own despair. - Trade-sanctions, laughable military presence in foreign seas (by not ratifying international laws & treaties), and all this oeroud behavior...
Last not least: Mongolia is part of China. - No?!

Wanted to update the firmware on the wireless-router-firewall, so I closed RP, disconnected the internet and listened to this classic:

This live version might have slightly better sound quality.

The Chilean army massacred over 2,000 miners and their families in 1907.

There was an article today on a new release from the woman below, who has now been playing piano for 102 years (she's 107)!

This story is a bit dated...4 months ago when she was 106.

The High Fidelity Emporium and Orchestrion is always a good source to dig deeper into music. Refining one's search can be a challenge, yet mostly rewarding, it seems to me.

Emperor Rosko's 'LA Connection' on Radio Mi Amigo International. It broadcasts from a bunker in the Eifel district of Germany on 6085Khz short wave (for all you DXers) and streams on the internet. Ad free with music from the Pirate Radio ship days (the Mi Amigo was the home of Radio Caroline until it sank) and run by a bunch of enthusiasts using vintage equipent.

Two of my favorite underrated guitarists - John Cippolina and Steve Kimock.
I remember seeing Zero in the 80s and thinking, wow Cippolina's an old guy...now he seems so young.

Internet Radio

...still has some gems, alongside Radio Paradise.

My first Go-To, if I want a change in music-listening is mainly 'Radio Bluesflac'. Another, rather diverse station is 'Soma FM'.

A good source to best listening-options on the net ~ including various choices of OS, and even browser-listening options is 'radio-browser.info':
*** For most all Linux users (not Arch-Linux, currently defunct yet), Shortwave is a very nice little app. ***
For Windowers, it might be 'streamtuner2'. For Androids, 'RadioDroid2', and for IOS, 'Cuterdio' is recommended. (For more details, see 'radio-browser.info'.)

The good thing about it, they all play RP's various mixes alongside your regional/local stations.

I really like this newer recording. Clear and delicate. Really something.
This "tune" always tops my Desert Island Disks lists.

What sort of drumming?

Plain old. I used my not-traveling-during-the-Rona funds to buy a very simple electronic kit (Roland TD-1) and I'm trying to turn my incessant desk pounding into something more mainstream.
