definitely help. Anyhow I try to maintain perspective. When I go to the VA med center and see the level of physical challenges some of these guys are experiencing it keeps me a bit better aware and determined. Still I put it off too long. Apparently I'm not only rough on eyeglasses  and shoes and vehicles. I can wear out some knees too! lol

An old manager from Sears stoped by my house to tell me a good friend of ours passed away unexpectedly last month. When we worked together we had some good times during and after work. Those days are long gone, but the memories still last. Many concerts attended including our annual Summer blasts with Jimmy Buffett.

She will be dearly missed.

I didn't know her well but we had some interesting conversations via PM. You only get glimpses of people from their online conversations but those glimpses are intriguing and often comforting.
