On battery moving day, I'm always a little surprised at how quickly the kids get winded or wear out while I'm still ready to grab another slug of lead. But I also notice that when we go to the far docks, I mostly walk from the shop while they drive to the closer parking lot - we both get there at the same time, but I get an extra 1500 steps in.
So, so damned good!
I have no complaints...at 61 I can still physically outwork a 30 year old, and everything else is secondary.....my life is a magnificent experience.
I am aiming to enjoy at least another 35 more summers.....
Can you bottle this attitude and sell it across state lines?

Feeling the rebirth of the coming Spring. Met with my guitar partner today, our winter break is over, we start rehearsals next week. Throwing in some of my originals this year. We're booked for seven shows over the Summer May through September with more irons in the fire. Feeling renewed energy, hitting the gym tomorrow to shake off the lethargy that set in over the Winter when I was recovering from some health issues. Going to do my afternoon TM meditation in a few minutes to connect with my HP & center up with the universe. Feeling much gratitude for my return to good health & the very cool people I have in my life. And of course for RP for soundtracking my life for 20 years & counting.

Spring is almost here
just peeking out from beyond
time for a good hike

I revealed more to this stranger than I would on a first date. I jokingly asked one rep if I needed to provide a blood or urine sample.
She didn't laugh.
