It was called the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. Iran agreed to it. It was LITERALLY negotiated by the United States along with other major nations AND Israel. That deal took decades of work and diplomacy.

One thing that opened my eyes in the Hegseth presser was that he basically called the UN illegitimate and that we no longer have to abide by any international rules of engagement. Guy is so high on his own supply right now.

Notice they can't describe what victory is, what the conditions for it might be in even general terms. Did you notice that? Did you notice how both Trump and Hegseth get ANGRY when pressed on the subject, when asked basic questions regarding timeframe, number of troops, cost, and what winning actually looks like? Notice that? Did you notice that every statement contradicts every other statement?
America has been at war your whole life.
The last war, started on a lie, was supposed to be over in a month. That was the promise. Then it lasted 20 years. The one before that? Same thing. So Americans have a right to be suspicious of any politician who promises this conflict will be over in a month. Americans have a right to demand answers.
Given that the entire world is now impacted by Trump's War, the entire world has a right to these answers.
