Initially it's "WTF is this sh*t?" Then I go from there.
Arthritis from bone pins, creaks, pangs, unexplained aches and asking people to repeat themselves, ain't easy to accept.
Like a favorite old rocking chair I prefer to patch up instead of getting a new one. I've grown somewhat fond of this body I'm in and morn it's loss. But I ain't tossin it away too soon. There's a mind and heart still there!

This has been the worse year for body ailments in my life. Iâve never had so much bone and muscle issues, even when I played hockey and all the other sports.
I canât believe this is what I have to look forward to until the end knocks on my door.

The hockey is probably responsible for your hip...I climbed telephone poles for years and I have a knee that is all f'd up but I'm 73 so it is probably time for me to fall apart anyway.

Some of you might care: I'm moving my phone plan to US Mobile, using the $8/month ("Light") plan. The company has great reviews and is a Wirecutter (NYT) pick.
That plan only has voice and text, but for some folks that all it takes.
