Probably go to the garden center tomorrow and see what they have for early spring planting.
Stock up on canning supplies early.

Any salsa production this year? Asking for a friend.

Nothing better than garden-nurtured produce. Grow and cook your own... 'tis the way of generations.

The paddocks are getting very bare. Dust swirls in the air ,even in the lightest of breezes.
So had better move our fat pet sheep to a clean paddock and give them their usual daily treat of olives.
Time to sharpen the chain saw and get in a couple of loads of firewood ready for the winter.
And that will be my day.

Took a quick ride over the border to NH to see what was going on outside. First time I ventured out of the house in 3 days to get the newspapers. Been raining all day here and It was eerily quiet and dead on the highway and backroads. Reminded me when everything was closed on Sundays and everybody stayed home with family.

We're just going to dig up weeds and toss just about everything out and start over. With heaths, lithodora, and suchlike.

Cannot move debris piles as we believe several families of towhees are nesting there. Same with the clematis on the walkway to the courtyard.

Making paths in the woodlot next door. Adorning the "drumming circle." Watching the trail cam for the cougar and bobcat, as well as the blacktail. And ordering seeds. Good luck!

We will practice strict social distancing while there, wear gloves, and sanitize all surfaces as soon as we get home.
Then,  rest, and prepare my mind for my first day of working from home tomorrow.
Later, pork roast!
