Those that will not ask for clarification when they do not understand the question.

It's annoying when people don't pay attention to me...then reply with something that doesn't make sense and then get all huffy because they didn't understand what I was talking about to begin with, which they would have, had they paid attention!

It may not achieve much, but that look of confusion/dawning realisation has to be worth it.
