Ok, generally speaking covers are rarely as good as the originals, but that is not always the case. This is a thread to give examples of covers you feel have outdone the original versions. I will start with a couple:
Dreams I'll Never See - Molly Hatchet to me is better than the Allman Brothers original. I Wanna Be Your Dog - Wilco is better than the original done by Iggy Pop. Of course all of this is totally subjective as is all music opinion, but have fun with it!
