Maybe that is the point where people start noticing the change. It's not about the minority that is the problem, it's the majority who becomes fearful that is the problem. Part of the reason that some people are demanding a return to the America as it used to be is because our population is becoming much more diverse, and it scares white people. good point.. If you take world wide populations like the pie chart does, that does seem to be the case. If you put that theory to work in a community, school, club...., it might hold.
