SFW won the challenge with 15758 points against 13216.

But only because the second one is about 7 miles from where I sit. You've been there, y'know. Want to try it again?

I'm better on the european ones but honestly where there's just a huge number of trees and a road I don't have the trees and rock knowledge needed to draw on.

I choked on the last one of this set, using every tool available: Google Earth, zoom, pan, entering in stuff that looks like landmarks. Including reading billboards and entering websites I find (they're not in cyrillic) until I get one that seems "local." But aside from the Russian one, they were actually pretty easy. I just got lazy in dropping the pin on the last one, lost 4 points. I'll get a perfect score someday

Odd, three out of five were in Scandinavia

It's fun, tho, seeing how close you can get (if you have the time).

Altho the 4th one was tricky and I fell for it.

Andy got 15000 points, I got about 12500. Andy should be time barred though, I got so bored waiting for him to get done that I went to the gym.

I just did a great one where one of the roads really reminded me of Alan's photo of "the road" so I guessed Kentucky and was very close. It was near Lexington.

Yeah it took me a while for it to sink in what I was seeing.
