I get overlap often when there is a "station break" - i.e. a spoken interlude with Bill or Rebecca - sometimes introducing the next track. I had the same exact experience this past week playing from cache on my Samsung Smartphone. Maybe the issue is going from one cache block to another.

As an ex- local radio presenter here in the UK, so disillusioned by computerised playlists and "play what you're told" management that I dropped out of the business years ago, RP is SO MUCH a breath of fresh air!
