You can nudge it towards a skill by adding the word skill "Alexa play the radio paradise skill"

However, there are a few issues with the Radio Paradise Alexa skill on Sonos.    Even when you invoke the skill and is says "welcome to radio paradise"   it is using Tune In to play the file and it tends to just repeat that file if it manages to start playing at all.

We'll be adding a native sonos service in the future.
