It's certainly accomplishing its intent: for us to shift our disgust for Trump's repeated lies. (not really)
It will be interesting to see how Trump's failed policies will now fall into Binden's lap and (by association) people will then try to pivot and paint them as Biden's failed policies.

The facts show the lame duck is a narrow minded self centered criminal who was voted out of office. NY judicial courts will slather that duck in massive charges that hopefully empty his massive ego and familyâs bank accounts.
