Perhaps a lot of people just need to remember to take their blood pressure pills before they write an email/send a letter of complaint/go to protest.  It probably happens on both sides of any argument.  Lets just hope that we know more people who have some self-control and a reasonable idea of acceptable adult behavior?

This is amusing because you want us to believe McCain would have politely assured them their bonuses were fine, just fine? Oh, wait, you're probably right.

That article is from 2 months after Obama took office. Yeah you don't want people going off half-cocked just because the Prez is pissed but I appreciated having the president at least seem as though he was as angry as the rest of us.

You conveniently skipped by the primary point - Barry and your Congressional Democrats laid down the precedent.

I'm not seeing it. I think the hostility toward AIG was truly nonpartisan. And certainly not exacerbated to any great degree, or instigated by Obama et al.

1) Yup, its wrong.  Really really wrong.

2) But guess who went there first?  Your 'effin' great supah fantastic, he the enlightened one, POTUS Barry O.  Recall his public harangues of the financial institutions, recall his shrieking on the bonuses being paid to the execs at AIG.

Said public harangues by your fucking amateur-hour president brought upon this:

Employees Fear for Their Lives: The Other AIG Outrage

Barack Hussain I-Am-Unprepared-to-hold-this-office Obama brought that, along with the Dem-majority Congress, by their very own statements and Obama's abject failure at leadership.

3) And you fear what a dimwitted washed-up former Governor from the podunk backwater of Alaska can do?  Give me a fucking break.

1) It's wrong. No argument.
2) Talk about issues and I listen. Stoop to schoolyard bully name calling and lose credibility.
3) Shouldn't we all?

Those look like registration marks! Maybe she just wants to get a lot of people registered to vote!

OMG it's a smoking gun!

Jeebus. Try this simple trick: Google "democrats target congressional seats" and see how many hits you get. This is standard political rhetoric.

I understand Mr. Stupak's rival is doing quite well after Mr. Stupak was snookered and let fall from his integrity, a principled stand on life.

It doesn't matter what philosophy ANYone elected into power has if we allow mob rule to steer our politics. Accepting it now with a nod or a wink, in order to influence this law or any other one - just sets the stage for the same to happen in the future.

This is not where our country should be heading, and should be repudiated and actively discouraged.

Instead, we get Palin with her crosshairs on a map showing these bullies where to head with their weapons. Can people not see what's wrong with that?

Wow. You sure can connect some dots there. So every act of political dirty tricks should be laid at the feet of anybody opposing the same thing? I opposed this measure too. Am I now a cross burner, or do I have to join the Republican party first? And do I have to pay dues, or would registering to vote in their primaries count? That seems like a lot of effort; what if I just get a bumper sticker?

Sarah Palin put crosshairs on a map? The article you quoted just said "a conservative activist", but maybe they meant Sarah Palin. Are there any other "a conservative activists"?

You're engaging in innuendo and guilt by...well, not even association really. Should the Democratic party be blamed for every rant on MoveOn.org and the Huffington Post? If we judge a political party by what its looniest allies do then maybe nobody should ever be elected, ever.

For goodness sake, think about what's going on here.

So which of these bad bad people will be running for office? Be sure to name names! Seriously, congressmen cutting gas lines and sending death threats?

Or are they just running for city council or something?
