(Down the rabbit hole)

Hint: nobody is surprised. But once more you deflected/misdirected, and did not answer steeler's questions:
You are more concerned about that harrassment than all of the verbal attacks Trump has launched while President?  should not the President be held to a higher standard? Does the President not set the moral and ethical tone?
Maybe in your case that just means: yes, no and no.

No misdirect.  You criticized me for not supporting everything Trump does.  To which I responded by asking is their any politician, excuse me, elected official, you agree with 100%.

So, long ago you claimed to be an unhappy republican.  Who amongst the original 17 did you wish to be elected ?

Still misdirecting and misrepresenting. I only pointed out that you yourself stated that you pick those battles that you are passionate about and where you can defend Trump‘s actions. This would indicate that on many issues you have remained silent because Trump‘s actions/policies are not defensible. Is it not inconceivable that you can defend someone’s postion without necessarily agreening with it?

The problem with Trump is that you never know what his position is from one day to the next and his daily misguided decisions make it almost impossible to defend him effectively. Like I said before... Sarah Sanders is paid to do it and she struggles mightily every day to try and spin a cohesive narrative... I certainly wouldn’t expect you to be up to the task of doing it. However; it is refreshing to hear you directly admit that you can’t.

OK.  There's a couple of things going on here.  First, Trump has behaved this way from the time he first stepped off the escalator to announce his candidacy.  There was no bait and switch along the way.  Can we agree on that ?  How anyone can be surprised by the way he acts was not paying attention to the campaign.

Second, let's make an assumption for the sake of this conversation, OK ?  How about Trump did not collude with Russia, did not obstruct justice as he has been charged.  He knows that he did nothing wrong.  If I were him in that position, I would be rather honked off and a whole lot less civil than he has in the face of all that he has had to put up with.  I have been following the developments of the Congressional investigations and the revelations of documents that Congress has been unable to obtain, yet we got them through FOIA requests.  The testimony I cited below regarding Rice's orders to stand down regarding investigating Russian meddling in action during the 2016 election for example.

By everybody's measure, Hillary had a lock on being elected and everyone thought they were going to get away with all the extra actions undertaken at the highest levels of the FBI, DOJ and now with the revelation about Rice, the White House directly.  She didn't and they aren't.  I give Trump a big pass on his language and demeanor based upon these thoughts.  And again, there was no bait and switch.  He is doing exactly what I voted for him to do.  Expose the political establishment and the insubordinate bureaucracy aka the Deep State for what it is and its responsibility for all the crap going on under the guise of the status quo.  The Deep State that you insist does not exist at any level.  The more that gets exposed, the stronger my resolve to support Trump.

With all the leaks going on, if Mueller had anything, we would have heard something by now.  We have not heard the tiniest insinuation regarding any wrong doing by Trump.  If on the other hand we find Trump guilty as charged, then I will take my deserved lumps.

And breaking news, we are finding out that Comey intervened and quashed a deal that would have let Assange reveal on the record who was the source for the Clinton / DNC emails.  To date, Assange has yet to be proven wrong in anything he has done pertaining to his work with wikileaks.  Watergate is a nothing burger compared to what is going on here.  I will believe that until proven otherwise.

There, my cards are on the table.  I call your raise.  Show me your's.

Update, from Mike Huckabee.  His daughter and her husband quietly went home pretty much having had it, but her in laws who were in the original dinner party went to the other restaurant.  The owner of the Red Hen made some quick phone calls and rapidly organized a protest outside the other restaurant, yelling and screaming for some time thinking that she was still there.  Turns out that Sanders' in laws are liberals and were not amused ...

He who must be named made it a precedent after Bush and five other presidents. I'm guessing anything before Obama is either hazy or repressed...

IANAL either, but I just heard, moments ago, that Sarah & her husband subsequently went across the street, to another restaurant, to have their dinner there.  The claim is that they were followed by the owner of the Red Hen who yelled at them from outside, then "organized" a number of people to come and stand outside this other restaurant and shriek at Sarah and her hubby.

WOW, just freaking wow.  Is this the standard the left now wants to apply?  Someone's going to get hurt.  And/or wait until it's a Dem in the oval - the precedent the left are setting will come back to haunt them in spades.  Personally, I'm not that patient.  I think think its time for some lawsuits and or criminal charges.  Let the courts decide.  And let the lawyers make bank.

Funny, you'd think that Sarah Sanders herself would have mentioned that.
