Oh, okay then. We're 164 feet above mean low water here. But we're technically a row back, there is a house that would have to fall off first, and then there is a sizable driveway as well. So I generally don't fear slides or tsunamis.
Meh. It's that 9.0 that's just around the corner that concerns me, though it doesn't keep me awake at night.

It's a short bluff, probably 15 foot down to Jefferson. If that all falls, then there won't be a safe place in town. It gives you a really nice view over the ND Hill building and into Mystery bay.
Not sure I want to live right out on the bluff. Actually, I'm certain I don't want to live out on the bluff. I prefer somewhat more stable ground.

There's a view home for sale a couple of blocks from here. I would kill for the kitchen. I would. Sadly, it's about 100k out of our price range. Oh, and the parking situation isn't good there, either.
Nice, but it could use some color. If yours sells, make an offer, the asking price is just that. Parking is just weird in this state. I don't know many places that have it right - ours sure doesn't.

House has some quirks, but it's not bad. The front half of the lot would eventually be the 'new' house with the view, then sell/rent the old house.
Ah. Thought you meant 514.
