President Donald Trump reiterated Wednesday that the coronaKKvirus will “go away,” and he continued to push for schools to reopen since the virus “doesn’t have much of an impact” on children.

“It’s going away. It’ll go away. Things go away. No question in my mind that it will go away,” Trump said during a White House press briefing.

Facebook removes Trump ads for violating 'organized hate' policy

Facebook removed 88 ads Thursday posted by the accounts of President Donald Trump, the Trump campaign and Vice President Mike Pence that the social media giant said were “violating our policy against organized hate.”

All of the identical ads featured an upside-down red triangle, a symbol used by the Nazi party in World War II to identify political dissidents in concentration camps.

.....

The (Tulsa) rally — Trump's first since the coronavirus pandemic led to mass gatherings across the country being canceled — was originally scheduled for Friday, the Juneteenth holiday commemorating the end of slavery in the United States. In an interview this week with the Wall Street Journal, Trump said he decided to postpone the rally a day "out of respect because I had two African-American friends and supporters."

He told the paper "nobody had heard of" Juneteenth before his planned rally.

"I did something good. I made it famous. I made Juneteenth very famous. It’s actually an important event, it’s an important time. But nobody had heard of it. Very few people have heard of it. Actually, a young African-American Secret Service agent knew what it was. I had political people who had no idea," he said before turning to a press aide and asking her if she'd ever heard of the holiday.

....you can't make this stuff up.

Meanwhile, Juneteenth was first celebrated in Austin, Texas in 1867.  Forty-nine of the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia have recognized Juneteenth as either a state holiday or ceremonial holiday, a day of observance. In Texas, 70 thousand  people attended a "Juneteenth Jamboree" in 1951 (quite a rally).

Guess you had to be there.

Which pool of voters do you imagine Biden is talking to?

And by "talking", I mean pandering.  And by "pool of voters" I mean the name by which Biden actually refers to these people.
