Black American men might benefit by forming a Broken Tail-light Club. The BTC's central message would be fix everything on the automobile that could provide any kind of pretence for the police to pull them over: lights, deflated tires, muddy and dirty license plates, clutter, noisy exhaust system, excess exhaust smoke.
I know, it ain't fair. Blacks should have the right to be just as sloppy about the state of their automobiles as whites are. The world isn't fair. Just like it wasn't too fair to pasty-faced men with long hair in the not so distant past.

In the aftermath of last year's asylum-related sexual attacks at the "We Are Stockholm" youth festival, the Swedish police are now launching a new campaign. Officers will give out bracelets with the text "Do not molest me" to girls attending this year's festival, of according to Dan Eliasson, head of the country's national police force.
I'd like to order the following bracelets: Don't rob me! Don't shoot me! Don't carjack me! Don't swear at me! Buy me a beer!

As for the bracelet, it makes sense to me. It is a tangible signal from the police that groping will not be tolerated and the police will take complaints seriously.
What about training criminals to be more sophisticated and to avoid unnecessary violence? Think about it:
