I think I saw an eagle the other day, out on Embaught Rd., but it wouldn't come over, land on my shoulder and introduce itself, so I couldn't hang on to it.

One of my favorite songs by one of my favorite artists!! Awesome!!
Trivia (which most of you probably already know): "Hang on to Your Ego" was Wilson's ironic version of "I Know There's an Answer". He was ultimately persuaded (or maybe decided, I forget which) that the latter was the more "general public-friendly" choice for inclusion on Pet Sounds. I prefer the former. And this version rocks. : )

This was one of the first Frank Black songs I ever heard (and liked). Glad to see it pop up on RP!

I remember being shocked to learn that this is a Brian Wilson song. Nice to hear after all these years.
