Standin' on the corner I could listen to the radio
When the savior sang from the fire escape on the second floor
You were always sayin' we would make it to the catacombs
In the end it came when you wrote my name on the bathroom stall

If the photograph doesn't bring you back
If the final chapter isn't ever after

I remember wakin' up the neighbor like a stadium
Yeah, he ran upstairs screamin' no one cared and the band played on
Even in the limo you were feelin' like an animal
At the traffic light where you blew your mind on a mobile phone

Day and night, my love, you said the blood was on my hands

Long as you run
I couldn't give you up
Forever run
I couldn't give you up

In the minivan with your headphones in
Did you write your letters to your shitty friends?
And all this time you said to me my love would never die

Long as you run
I couldn't give you up
Forever run
I couldn't give you up

(And the daylight in my eyes)
Long as you run
(And the silence on the street)
I couldn't give you up
(And the low light in my head)
Forever run
(And I was incomplete)
I couldn't give you up
(And the daylight in my eyes)
Long as you run
(And the silence on the street)
I couldn't give you up
(And the low light in my head)
Gone, no goodbye
(And I was incomplete)

Oh, I gave it a 7. That's a good score from me.

Bunch of old farts listening to music on this station A 6.0? Really? One of the best new bands to come along in years

Then you have not been exposed to many new bands apparently.

Old farts, represent! It's a good song, but the straining, breaking voice is hard to listen to. Why not sing in a key where you can reach the notes?

Yeah but ... what if we don't agree with you?
It's not fair. Whoop!

But not one of their best songs.

Hey now... I resemble that statement...

I just can't past the feeling that they want to be hip...which instantly makes them not so...ya know?
Whoop?

Pretty cool - the most recent song I heard so far on RP. It is great that new music is added, not just decade-old classics are played.

If you like it - please rate. The song definitely deserves a better average than 5.1.
