This tune has excellent dynamics. Really love the nuance of the spoken parts as well.

Peter Gabriel performs the spoken-word sections himself. Throughout the track, he uses a lowered, rhythmic delivery to deliver verses describing perception and brain-computer interfaces, while mixing in his usual singing vocals for the chorus.

Miss Piggy and Kermit were having a huge fight, they came to blows and the police were called:
"This is the police, we have the place surrounded, please Miss Piggy"

Put the muppet down.

This album has been a great disappointment for me. I had to write it.

I really dig the grooves in this track, but I have to say I have trouble accepting (enjoying) the "oh..oh..oh" part of the song. For me it devalues or trivializes it in a way. Maybe just me?!

The spoken part sounds like Robbie Robertson. Doubtful, since this is a 2026 release.

What, a duet with Leonard Cohen?

I subscribed to PG's Bandcamp - for the cost of a coffee a month, you get all of the tracks every new moon. It's such a cool, creative way to get your music out there, love it, go Peter! Really good and interesting song with a cool groove.

 first listen, nice groove!

In an interview about this track he shared "the bucket" is the head trash we all manage. Good track - needs to grow on me. But I am looking forward to the  slow drip of new tracks over the coming year as his new album "O/I" emerges (on each full moon).

WooHoo - new PG!
He's got a formula - but I like it.
