Looking at the Shazam album cover inspired me to do a deeper dive into the personnel. That's Roy Wood, Bev Bevan, Rick Price and Carl Wayne (although I could't tell you which is which). No Jeff Lynne just yet who joined right after this album. Bevan, Wood and Lynne went on to form ELO of course and although Wood left after ELO's first album to form Wizzard (which was initially the more successful band with 2 UK number singles right off the bat) Bevan remained with ELO until they disbanded in 1986.

Wow!! William dug deep, and lo and behold, an ancient gem he found. Really enjoyed that, thank you. I quite like the album art as well. LLRP P.S. and yes, as another listener points out, it does prove that Focus (Hocus Pocus) were probably not alone in their universe.

I think I’d have liked it better if they played it really, really fast and yodelled in the middle somewhere…
