Hee-Hee-Hee!  Hee-Hee-Hee!  Hee-Hee-Hee!   Makes all of us 11 -year-olds!

It is now officially Halloween season, 2010

This sounds like a remix

Not particularly interesting, musically, but still a fun one for the occasion.

Big city spoiled sport. Grab yer funny bone, man!

Geez, how much of a soul-less freak do you have to be to not get a kick out of this on Halloween.

get it...soul-less freak....halloween......boo
The Transylvanian Twist!  Wooo-hoo!  {#Twisted}

Yo buddy,this rocks!!!{#High-five}{#Skull}
Actually, "The Crypt-Kicker 5" would be a great name for a band...

{#Lol}

Thank goodness Halloween is only once a year...I am feeling a little ill now...
Can't have Halloween without this!    {#Jump}

EDIT:  Bill agrees with me!

I can remember dancing to this with my neighborhood playmate BeaAnn in her backyard, back in the early 60s. She'd won the album as a prize in some kiddie contest - I was about six years old and she was a year older. We imagined ourselves dressing up for Halloween as the two females in the group of monsters on the album cover, with their green and purple heads of hair. This was 'way back before it was common for people to color their hair like that. Too bad RP doesn't have the graphic of the original album cover to show everyone.
Awful song that scores high for appropriateness. If you score this on the same 1-10 scale at Dire Straights, Beatles and the like you are missing the point... ;-)
Once a year is plenty.

I love Halloween at RP!
Like the rest of you, I grew up with this song. Respects to the late Mr. Pickett, who died this past year.
Awesome selection! Thanks :)

Yes, a nice big bucket of cheese.
Once a year suits me fine. A 7, if only for the memories of Halloween parties when I was a kid.
my day is now 50% complete.
Cheesy, but I love cheese.
YAY!!!! Thanks, Bill!
The Toyes did a cover of this called "Monster Hash". Pretty funny when you're in the mood.
Drum fills 101.....
This was #1 in 1962, then hit the top 100 again in 1970 (#91) and 1973 (#10). Pretty good for a one hit wonder.
It was a graveyard smash!

ditto - and once a year is too much
Still not funny, 40+ years after its release.

The quintessential Halloween tune. Yeah!
Sounds like a more recent recording than the "Goofy Greats" version you usually hear. But for some reason it's fine this time.
Woot! Once for halloween is just about perfect!
:roll:
Well, somebody did! Now what are you going to do? (btw, it was not me) :
show yer face, ya coward!
Ordinarily I wouldn't like this song, but today it sounds pretty cool!
