We sing the nightingale song alive
Streets never border further than my sight
We sing the nightingale song alive
We might be different but our hearts won't lie
And little ever changes if anything at all
But the song rings loudly through these halls
We sing the nightingale song alive
We might be different but our hearts won't lie
And little ever changes when you view it from the sky
And the damage we encounter the earth just passes by
And little ever changes if anything at all
And we remind ourselves how small we are
Streets never border further than my sight
We sing the nightingale song alive
We might be different but our hearts won't lie
And little ever changes if anything at all
But the song rings loudly through these halls
We sing the nightingale song alive
We might be different but our hearts won't lie
And little ever changes when you view it from the sky
And the damage we encounter the earth just passes by
And little ever changes if anything at all
And we remind ourselves how small we are

Dude sounds like a cross between Liam Gallagher and Roger Clyne.

TOADIES
This song is everything. EVERYTHING.
Their best song. Big favorite! The only problem is: It's too short! Wish they kept the jam going.
Must like it...foot tapping w/o me realizing it.
Nevermind. I was thinking of Beat City by The Flowerpot Men in Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Doh!

Does anyone know what movie soundtrack this was used in? When I hear it I have a clear picture of a car racing down the road and teenagers but cannot recall the movie. Help!

What a singer!
TOAD come out with a new album!
Can't wait...
Wish RP would add "One Little Girl" from the "Bread and Circus" album to their playlist.

Nice.
These guys are now in the "What ever happened to" category; too bad.

A wonderful song by a fantastic band! Whatever else I was just doing is now ON HOLD while I sing along
I wonder if these guys had/have any idea how many fans they have/had, and how deep the appreciation for their music is/was. This song always reestablishes my love for their music.
CLASS
Opens like Walk LIke an Egyptian! (and closes like that, too)
Breathe the breath of fresh air....thanks TOAD.

True, I've had a few get rejected to get added later when someone else uploaded..so you never know.
Maybe it could have been the file you sent? I know they need the files a certain way, or they can't be used. Just a suggestion... maybe it wasn't your choice in music at fault! :o)
True, I've had a few get rejected to get added later when someone else uploaded..so you never know.
Yeah, every now and again a good song of mine gets added...still scratching my head over some of the rejections though...but whatever, I should upload more anyway.
BRUNO BRUNO BRUNO!!!
I was a junior in H.S. when this CD came out. I had a friend who was always playing it. Reminds me of those days.
