Didn't know these guys and I was in another room, so I caught the song kind of in the middle. Thought Sigur Rós had started to sing in English. (and I had to check on where the accent went!)
The production on this one is an absolute mess.

looks like they both started making noise around 1997/98. They both sound similar, yes, but who cares. I mean, didn't a lot of the big-hair bands of the 80's sound similar? Trendy like clothes.
Its funny how many bands are compared coldplay now, or does coldplay sound like everyone else? Who came first? Either way, these guys REALLY sound similar, no doubt.
Why anyone would ever want to sound like Coldplay is beyond me.

Indeed, that song is in the playlist, but apparently has never been played (it has been rated though :)). I'd also rather hear it than this Coldplay clone. Not that this song is bad, but there's nothing original or special about it.
