I live a few hours away from him - I don't know him or anything - but one of my buddies a bunch of years back was looking to buy a used Minivan for him & his family and answerd a local classified ad, and went to go check it out.
Well no other then Corb Lund answered the door!
My buddy said he was a really nice, down to earth guy (just like his songs).
Needless to say (my buddy's a fan) he bought the minivan at the full asking price (which was a deal), no inspection, nothing.
He still drives it...
