I recognized the voice of the lead singer, Alex Turner, instantly, even though the more "relaxing" melody initially threw me off. I like it! A solid "8" from me.

this song was apparently released two-ish weeks in the future
Thought it was a David Bowie track I'd not heard yet! Very likeable indeed.
The number "2" in the album name HELP(2) is a reference to an album released by the organization War Child which is named The Help Album. HELP(2) is a charity album created by the organisation War Child in order to raise funds for their work involving helping children living through war.

I don't think this sounds like David Bowie at all. But the vibe is very different from previous Arctic Monkeys. Softer... Haven't made my mind up about it yet...
