I had never heard this album before 1984 when a girl I was interested in put this on and proceeded to straddle my lap and make out. Every time I hear this, I'm right back there. That emotional connection to this music runs deep!

So adequate to this almost-red-code summer here in hot Bucharest. So exotic and exuberant, celebratory if you ask me!
Trippy, smooth, evocative world beats! Perfect on a chilly, misty morning with a big mug of Vienna-style!

Yup, this is Thievery through and through. Great stuff, smooth and trippy.
